Our broiler chickens are slaughtered at between 6 and 8 weeks and are sold as follows:
Whole
Portions (mixed, wings, drumsticks, thighs and breast fillets). All our portions have no added brine and water and are available in 1kg or 2kg packages for our customers’ convenience.
Offal (gizzards, livers, hearts and necks)
Fresh chicken products are sold on request, any excess is frozen on the day of slaughter to preserve freshness.
